Core Purpose of the Role:
Role Accountabilities
- Outbound shipments execution - Execution Export within Cut-off Including Domestic Sales, Goods transfer to Syngene India & Scrap Removals.
- Track & trace the shipments and ensure smooth delivery to destination as per the agreed SLA.
- Coordinate with Customs Agents for Clearance of Export and Import Consignments.
- Attend training as per calendar & complete the courses
- Follow up with forwarder for the shipment status, deliveries and monitor if temp shipments
- Respond to internal & external stakeholders, and ensure the required information and documents shared timely for the smooth functioning of Logistics dept.
- Logistics record keeping & its Archives.
- Preparation of Import clearance documents, share with Customs Broker for the Customs clearance and ensure timely delivery to the warehouse.
- Ensure on time Delivery (as per SLA) of both Inbound/Outbound shipments in good condition.
- Providing Technical documents, License & statutory approvals etc., for Customs clearance for both Inbound and Outbound shipments.
- Simplification of documentation and ease of process for both import/exports goods.
- Import/Export Shipment end to end tracking & notify to concern personnel.

Specific requirements for this role
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Demonstrated Capability: Achievements in Logistics & Exim operational excellence
- Education: Commerce/Science Graduate , post-graduation in Import/export added advantage
Skills and Capabilities
1)Fluent in oral & written English
2)Working knowledge of SAP – SD module
3)Proficient in MS Excel & Power Point presentation
4)Self starter
