Job Purpose: To manage transportation facility for Syngene International Limited as a Consultant (second shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the scheduling and routing of transport services.

• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe transport operations.

• Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including logs, schedules, and reports.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues to the Transport Manager.

• Support the Transport Manager in implementing transport policies and procedures.

• Assist in handling transport-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with transport safety standards and regulations.

•  Perform administrative tasks related to transport operations as needed.

•  Generating MIS reports

• Good experience in handling Move in Sync software and support in technology enhancement.

Eligibility & Skills:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree Administration, or a related field.

- 6-9 years of experience in a transport or logistics role.

- Basic knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transport management software.

Skills:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
